Based on the 27 in Davenport we are situated in the heart of where we specialise. Through out the years we have collectively grown a personal relationship with every builder here, which helps us achieve knowledge of what is being planned for the future in our area.
We specialise our sales to the UK market and other parts of Europe, and help them achieve their goal, whether that is purchasing a villa for short term rental or simply to relocate here.
We are affiliated to a management company, called Eagle Management, and work closely with both tour operator companies, and owners to achieve maximum rentals.
